From registration through adding a property to full lease management — in six steps.
Important — this isn't a real rental contract or payment gateway
The lease agreement created in Nesore is only an in-app record — dates, tenants and rent amount. It is not a legally binding rental contract. For a real tenancy, we recommend signing a separate written agreement outside the platform.
Nesore does not process or facilitate rent payments. Invoices and payment records are for tracking only — the landlord and tenant transfer money between themselves outside the app (e.g. by bank transfer), and the landlord just marks the payment as received manually.
Create an account
Sign up for a free account and choose the Landlord role. The whole registration takes less than a minute.
No credit card required for registration. Property management and publishing listings are both free.
Add a property
Enter the address, type, area and parameters of your property. You can pick the location by clicking on the map.
You can add multiple properties — flat, house, office or room.
Publish a listing
Create a public listing from your property with price, description, photos and amenities. Anyone can see it on the marketplace.
Listings are publicly accessible without login.
Tenant contacts you
A prospective tenant finds your listing, clicks Contact and a direct chat opens between you.
All messages are available in the Messages section of the app.
Create a lease agreement
After agreeing with the tenant, create a lease in the app — set the date, rent amount and add the tenant by their email address.
The tenant automatically gets access to the lease once it is created.
Manage the lease on an ongoing basis
Track payments, generate invoices, handle maintenance issues, communicate with tenants and view your cashflow overview — all in one place.
Notifications about new reports and messages appear directly in the app.
