Enter the address, type, area and parameters of your property. You can pick the location by clicking on the map.

You can add multiple properties — flat, house, office or room.

Create a public listing from your property with price, description, photos and amenities. Anyone can see it on the marketplace.

Listings are publicly accessible without login.

A prospective tenant finds your listing, clicks Contact and a direct chat opens between you.

All messages are available in the Messages section of the app.

After agreeing with the tenant, create a lease in the app — set the date, rent amount and add the tenant by their email address.

The tenant automatically gets access to the lease once it is created.

Track payments, generate invoices, handle maintenance issues, communicate with tenants and view your cashflow overview — all in one place.

Notifications about new reports and messages appear directly in the app.
